EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report)
Landlords must hold a valid EICR covering the fixed electrical installation, renewed at least every five years. We arrange the inspection with a qualified electrician, coordinate access with the tenant or agent, and keep the report on record against the property.
Gas Safety Record
Every property with gas appliances needs an annual gas safety check by a Gas Safe registered engineer. We arrange the visit, chase the access and file the certificate, so renewals never quietly lapse.
Other landlord requirements
Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, periodic appliance testing and the various other obligations that sit on rented property. If we do not arrange something directly, we will tell you who does.
